What is your return policy?

  • No returns or exchanges on sale items / marked down items. No exceptions.

  • No returns or exchanges on international orders.

 

Hygiene is very important to us. We ask that you please keep the protective hygienic clear liner and your underwear on when trying on all Adam Selman Swim products. If we receive a return without the protective hygienic liner in tact or show any signs of wear, your return will be refused. No exceptions. 

Adam Selman Sport reserves the right to refuse a return for any reason at our discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, merchandise that does not comply with our return policy (worn, washed, without tags, outside the 14-day period, etc.), or exhibits indicators of use for photoshoot or commercial use.


Do I have to pay for my return?

All customers are responsible for paying for shipping costs associated with returns and/or exchanges. 


What should I do if I received an incorrect or damaged item?

Please email shop@adamselman.com for any issues with an order. Someone from our customer care team will respond with a solution within 24 hours. In your email, please include your name, order number, and a short description of the problem.


How long does it take to process my return or exchange?

Please allow 5 business days for your returns and exchanges to be processed once received at our facility. Once they are processed, you will receive an email notification regarding your refund, exchange, or store credit code. 


Which items are final sale?

All marked-down sale items are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges. No exceptions.


Do you honor price adjustments?

Adam Selman Sport no longer honors price adjustments in an item is marked down.  We thank you for your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience.
