Can I make updates to my order after it has been placed?

As long as the order has not been shipped, we can still make adjustments to your order. Please email shop@adamselman.com ASAP and we will do our best to accommodate any changes.

 

I didn’t receive my entire order. What should I do?

It is rare, but sometimes items are not available after your order is placed. Our customer care team will reach out via email to notify you and a full refund will be issued for any missing items.

 

Why isn’t my promo code working?

Only one promo code can be used per order and cannot be combined with any other discount code or promotion. All discount codes are non-transferable and non-retroactive. Terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.
